Legal services in debt recovery include:

1. carrying out negotiations with a view to concluding a settlement,
2. maintaining contact with debtors in order to collect debt,
3. representation in court procedures aimed at debt recovery, incl. payment-order proceedings and writ-of-payment proceedings, simplified procedures, and ordinary procedures,
4. representation in enforcement procedures (lodging enforcement applications with bailiffs and taking further actions in enforcement procedures),
5. representation in procedures on oath of disclosure
