We offer permanent service or one-off consultations and convenient forms of payment – per hour rate or a monthly fee paid in the lump – depending on your needs and the nature of your business. We will be glad to work in English or German.

Our firm offers comprehensive service in the field of commercial law – from registration of companies, foundations, associations, through changes in National Court Register, to transformation or liquidation. We work out articles of association, charters of foundations and associations, resolutions of shareholders’ general meetings and all other corporate documents like terms of management boards’ work. We also conduct debt recovery cases.
